Jim Anderson is Lattice Semiconductor’s President and Chief Executive Officer and serves on the company’s Board of Directors. He joined Lattice in September 2018 and focused the company on its mission as the leader in low power programmable solutions. Since then, the company accelerated its cadence of innovative product introductions and achieved record growth and profitability.

Prior to joining Lattice, Jim served as the senior vice president and general manager of AMD’s Computing and Graphics business group, where he was responsible for global sales, marketing, and engineering. Prior to AMD, Jim held a broad range of leadership positions spanning general management, engineering, sales, marketing, and corporate strategy at companies including Intel, Broadcom (formerly Avago Technologies), and LSI Corporation.

Jim serves on the Board of Directors of Entegris, a leading supplier of advanced materials and process solutions for the semiconductor and other high-technology industries. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Semiconductor Industry Association, the MIT Sloan Americas Executive Board, the Electrical and Computer Engineering Advisory Board at Purdue University, and the Dean’s Advisory Board for the College of Science and Engineering at the University of Minnesota. He was previously a member of the Board of Directors of Sierra Wireless, a leader in edge-to-cloud solutions.

Jim holds an MBA and Master of Science in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in electrical engineering from Purdue University, and a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Esam Elashmawi is Lattice Semiconductor’s Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer. He joined Lattice in September 2018 after serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Microsemi Corporation since 2010.

Esam brings to the role 30 years of FPGA technology and industry experience. Over the past decade, he has successfully managed and developed solutions and equipment for the datacenter, automotive, defense, communications and industrial markets. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Microsemi Corporation since 2010. Esam previously served as Vice President of Product Development at Actel Corporation, which Microsemi acquired in 2010. Earlier in his career he co-founded SiliconExpert Technologies, a component management software company, which was acquired by Arrow Electronics.

Esam holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.

Sherri Luther is Lattice Semiconductor's Chief Financial Officer. She joined Lattice in January 2019 after serving as Corporate Vice President of Finance at Coherent Inc.

Sherri brings to the role 29 years of strategic and financial operations experience, with an expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, SOX compliance, M&A, operations and global supply chain management. Over the last 16 years, she has been a senior financial executive at Coherent Inc., most recently serving as Corporate Vice President of Finance. Prior to Coherent, Ms. Luther held a number of senior finance and accounting positions at companies including Quantum, Ultra Network Technologies and Arthur Andersen.

Sherri is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and graduated from the Executive MBA Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a dual major in Accounting and Finance, from Wright State University. She serves on the Board of Directors of Silicon Labs and is also NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) Directorship Certified.
